My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The setting is nothing short of spectacular, nestled in beautiful canyons with striking views and opportunities for outdoor adventures. The service from the staff was generally excellent, but the accommodations fell short. The casitas felt dated and we encountered some cleanliness issues, including bugs and maintenance problems that weren't addressed. While I loved the activities available, felt the accommodations were overpriced for what was offered.

Our stay at Enchantment Resort was a blend of breathtaking experiences mixed with a few disappointments. The stunning views and the relaxing atmosphere truly left an imprint on our hearts, while the service quality was notably inconsistent. Although we enjoyed the Mii Amo spa and its peaceful treatments, our dining experiences left much to be desired. We would love to return, perhaps for another romantic getaway, hoping for an improvement in dining quality.
